Pettaugh – Fatal collision

A man has sadly died following a road traffic collision in Pettaugh.

Police were called just after 2.25pm yesterday afternoon, Monday 22 April, to reports of a single vehicle incident involving a motorcycle on the A1120.

The vehicle - a silver Kymco Miler 125 – left the road and went into a ditch.

Paramedics were also in attendance, but the rider – a man aged in his 50s – sadly died at the scene.


Any witnesses are asked to contact the Serious Collision Investigation Unit on 101, quoting reference CAD 201 of 22 April.
