Matthew Nutley - Hollesley Bay fail to return

Police are appealing for help to trace a man who has failed to return to Hollesley Bay prison.

Officers were called at about 6.15pm yesterday evening, Thursday 12th March after 46 year old Matthew Nutley failed to return to the prison earlier this afternoon.

He is in prison for robbery, blackmail, a bomb hoax, possession of an offensive weapon and false imprisonment offences. 

He is described as five foot ten inches tall, is of stocky build, with blue eyes and grey hair. It is unknown what he was wearing and he has links to the Middlesex area.

He should not be approached but anyone who believes they may have seen him, seen a male matching the description given or who has any information regarding his whereabouts should call Suffolk Police on 101 quoting CAD297 of 12 March 2020.
